Returns & Exchanges

At Craft a Brew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing experience; however, due to the perishable nature of our ingredients, we can only accept returns on unused, non-perishable hardware within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and includes only non-perishable hardware; please note that yeast, hops, and malt extracts are not eligible for return.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our brewing experts with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include your RMA number inside the box, then ship the package to our warehouse using a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the hardware for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
